About Me

At 18, I traveled to Tuscany to study under the great chef, Giovanni Trente, for 9 months. I returned to Canada and worked in several restaurants as a sous chef, waiter, and bartender before opening my first restaurant at 25. For the next 25 years, I owned and operated my own restaurants, acting primarily as head chef, but took charge of all areas of the business.
I have decided to slow down the pace and offer my skills and services to you in small intimate settings.
Over the past 25 years, I have had many people and personalities cross my path, and have many stories to tell. "IF" you want to hear them, the stories are free. The names and places will be changed to protect the guilty.
